PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CODE

 ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 13 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003

1 - aims personal data processing: we will use your personal data for the law obbligations and for the  following aims:

the good works that the Association "Casa Accoglienza Volto di Santo Gesù" do for sponsorship; to send literature: depliant, reviews, invitation cards and events of our associations; to send news of your donations.

2 - Modalities of use personal data: The President and the staff  will use your personal data manually (papery) and/or through computer-based instruments. The processing is subject to procedures that guarantee the privacy and safety of sensitive data.

3 - to give your personal data: to give your personal data is necessary for our aims. If you don't give your data, we can't accept your request of sponsorship  and we can't send you our literature.

4 - comunication your personal data:  we can communicate your common personal data (example name, last name, address) in Italy and in foreign countries for our aims (banks, post offices etc. all those subjects to which the communication is necessary for the corrected implementation of aims). We don't transmit contingent important personal data to external subjects.

5- diffusion of personal data: the association don't release sensitive personal data; data can be communicated to data processors involved in specific activities (e.g. authorized personnel, secretarial staff etc). 

6- Benefactor's rights: According art. 7 of legislative decree 196/2003, personal data protection code, the benefactor can obtain indication of:

personal data source; the logic applied in case of processing with electronic tools; essential elements of data controllers and people data responsible; subjects and category people to which your personal data can be communicated. Also the benefactor can obtain: the confirmation on the existence/lacking his personal data, even when still unstored, and their communication in an intelligible way. The updating, amendment or, when there is a specific need, the integration of already existing data. The cancellation, the transformation into anonymous information or the blocking of data treated in breach of the law, included data not necessary to be conserved with the aim of data collection and data processing. The benefactor  has right of opposition, for legitimate reasons, to the use of his data.
